Robert Loosley was a specialist in English, Roman and Greek coins with BA. Seaby Limited, the London numismatists from 1969 for over a decade. He has authored books on ancient coins. Jenny Loosley was the Seaby specialist in historical Medallions. They founded Antiquarius in New Zealand in 1980, specialising in ancient coins and classical antiquities with predominately Australasian clients. They travel regularly to Europe and the U S.

Antiquarius is New Zealand’s only official valuer for the Commonwealth of Australia and undertakes valuations for insurance and probate and advises on the disposal of collections of Antiquities, Ancient, English and World Coins.
