Description

A mould made oil lamp with a round body and a short nozzle. On the discus a
filling hole and the image of a dog attacking a boar, both running to the left.

On the base M NOVIVS T, which is the potter’s mark for Marcus Novius Justus,
who worked in Tunisia, in the early second century AD.   For the potter see
