Description

A terracotta female figure with elongated neck, bird-like head
and a necklace above her breasts.  3rd Millennium BC;

Height: 16 cms

Condition:  Repair to the neck and right arm and the feet and
hands missing.

This is a rare and early example of a fertility figure which became
prominent in the  Eastern Mediterranean and Anatolia.
